Reginald L. Slaughter, Sr.

Apostle/Founder & CEO

He is the founder, senior pastor and CEO of Streaming Rivers of Faith Ministries   International, Inc., in Greensboro, Georgia. He is a licensed and ordained ministry leader with a five-fold calling upon his life. He is a retired Army and 1st Gulf War veteran, retiring in May 1996, He currently holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies (Norfolk State University, Norfolk, Virginia), MA in Secondary Education (Duquesne University, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania), Educational Specialist Degree, EDS in Educational Leadership (Georgia Southern University, Statesboro, Georgia) and MA in Theological Studies (Liberty University, Lynchburg, Virginia).

 

Served as a 9th and 10th grade social studies teacher in Bullock County Public Schools (2001-2003) and in Henry County Public Schools (2004-2007) and one semester in Clayton County Public Schools (August 2007 to December 2007) before being called into full-time ministry in 2008. He has been active in ministry since December 1999.

Cynthia Giles

Chief Operations Officer

Successful professional with experience ranging from marketing and sales management, retirement benefits administration, project management and training. Proven record of success in private, non-profit and quasi-government environments at Manager and Director levels. Excellent organization, interpersonal, coaching and communication skills. Cynthia retired from the workforce November 2018. She has been apart of the ministry corporate leadership since 2012.

Her educational background includes:

  • Certificate of Excellence in Nonprofit Leadership and Management, jointly awarded by the Society for Nonprofits and Michigan State University Extension.

  • Certified Individual and Group Life Coach.

  • BS - Behavioral & Social Science, University of Maryland, Cum Laude

  • BS-Business Management, Old Dominion University

Darlene D. Johnson

Chief Financial Officer

I have over 30 years of experience in banking and finance industries, 22 years working in various finance-based companies and 12 years working in the bank/credit union industry. I start as a customer service representative and moved to my next company starting as a loan officer, then promotions to assistant manager, branch manager and then regional collections manager for a real estate division. I have successfully managed a full service consumer lending branch, while maintaining impressive growth/low levels. During my tenure as branch manager with Associates Financial, I received extensive training in regards to the principles of lending, various types of loans (personal, real estate, lines of credit); indirect lending, business development/projection; loan underwriting and approval processes as well as staff recruitment and human resources practices/procedures.

As regional collections manager of the real estate unit, I supervised 12 branches; managed all facets of collections activity of real estate secured loans that were 30-180 days delinquent. Under my leadership, my department was able to sustain low loss levels and identify and resolve other delinquency issues. I’ve also spend 12 years as a branch manager and other supervisory positions with PNC Bank, Wachovia and Bank of America and for the past   years have been and continue to serve as collections coordinator with Bronco Federal Credit Union. In my current role. My primary responsibility is the execution, documentation, and coordination of all collections/recovery activity of the credit union for all loans, lines of credit, credit cards and checking/savings accounts. I also assist in developing policy/procedure for the credit union. She has been a part of the ministry’s corporate leadership team since August 2017.

Linda G. Jackson 

Director of Education

Ms. Linda Jackson is a native of Portsmouth, Virginia. She is a graduate of Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia and attended graduate school at Trinity College in Washington, DC. She spent nine years teaching pre-kindergarten, kindergarten and first grade in Portsmouth, Virginia, followed by teaching fifth and sixth grades in Prince George’s County, Maryland. After relocating to Georgia, she taught fourth grade in Peach County prior to teaching fifth grade at Lake Joy Elementary School in Houston County. During the span of her career, she has served as Math Cadre, Grade Chairperson, Student Council sponsor, Women’s Month Coordinator, Spelling Bee Coordinator, Outdoor Education Coordinator and African American History Program Coordinator. She was awarded Teacher of the Year in 2005 and retired from education in 2018 after 30 years of service. She has been a part of  the corporate leadership team since March 2019.
